FOR ADDING A NEW BLOCK IN FIC (e.g. diffnorm)
===================================================
1. Create `LocalFic.h` if it doesn't exist. Add the macro there.
	#define ENABLE_DIFFNORM

2. Check `FicMain.cpp` inside trunk directory (specially `Execute` method).
	#ifdef ENABLE_DIFFNORM
	#include "tasks/DiffNormTH.h"
	#include "blocks/diffnorm/DiffNormAlgo.h"
	#include "blocks/slim/SlimAlgo.h" // SlimAlgo is used in the function here [KNOWN FIC ISSUE]
	#endif
3. Create a task handler for this new block.
	DiffNormTH.h & DiffNormTH.cpp

4. Edit the `blocks/Blocks.h` file and add the enable macro there.
	#ifdef ENABLE_DIFFNORM
	#define BLOCK_DIFFNORM
	#endif
5. Create a directory for the new block inside blocks directory & follow the coding style in SLIM.

FOR CREATING THE EXECUTABLE FOR THE BLOCK
=========================================
1. Add `fic.user.conf` file in the trunk folder. Update the working, project and output directory settings there.
2. Run the CMake file. This will create an executable named `fic` in the trunk directory.
	$ ./bootstrap.sh
	$ make -Cbuild install

FOR RUNNING THE EXECUTABLE
==========================
1. Add the `compress.conf` file. Name and path is not important here, only the content of the configuration file because
we pass this file as a command line argument. For sample `compress.conf` file, check `confs` directory.
2. Run the executable.
	$ ./fic compress.conf

STILL RUNNING INTO TROUBLE
==========================
Read the source code carefully, observe. If nothing helps, repeat.
